Security

Protecting your account and your record

Security is not a feature page for us — it is how the platform is put together. Here is exactly what protects your account and your financial history.

Strong credentials by default

New passwords must meet length and complexity requirements and are checked against known breach datasets. Reused or exposed passwords are rejected at sign-up and on change.

Verified identity

Email verification is required before an account is fully active, and profile verification status is always visible to you in your dashboard.

Two-factor authentication

Add a second factor to your account so a password alone is never enough to sign in. You can review and revoke active sessions at any time.

Append-only financial ledger

Money movements are recorded as immutable entries. Balances are derived, never typed, and corrections happen through offsetting entries so history stays intact.

Least-privilege administration

Internal access is split across finance, compliance, support and content roles. Every privileged action is authorised server-side and recorded in an audit trail.

Row-level data isolation

Database access rules ensure your records are readable only by you and the specific admin roles that require them for their function.

Your responsibilities

  • Use a unique password that you do not reuse on other services.
  • Turn on two-factor authentication and keep your recovery method safe.
  • Keep your email address current — it is how we reach you about your account.
  • Review your transaction history regularly and report anything unexpected.

Reporting a security issue

If you believe you have found a vulnerability or notice unusual activity on your account, contact our support team immediately with as much detail as you can share. We investigate every report and will keep you informed of the outcome.
