Terms of Service

The agreement between you and ChainVest covering account use, investments, funding, withdrawals and termination.

Last updated 1 January 2026

1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating a ChainVest account or using the platform you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated to the email address on your account.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract and must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.

  • One account per person unless we agree otherwise in writing.
  • You must verify your email address before your account becomes fully active.
  • We may require identity or address verification before enabling certain features.

3. Investments

Each investment plan is offered on the terms published on its plan page at the time you allocate funds, including duration, minimum and maximum amounts, target return and risk disclosure. Target returns are objectives and are not guaranteed.

Once an allocation is confirmed, it is subject to the plan's terms, including any restrictions on early exit.

4. Funding and withdrawals

Deposits must originate from an account in your own name. Withdrawals are paid to bank details you have registered and verified. We may pause a transaction where we are required to make further checks or where we reasonably suspect error or misuse.

5. Records and balances

Your balances are derived from an append-only ledger. Ledger entries are not edited or deleted; where a correction is required it is made by adding an offsetting entry, and both entries remain visible in your history.

6. Prohibited conduct

You must not use ChainVest for unlawful purposes or attempt to compromise the platform.

  • No money laundering, terrorist financing or sanctions evasion.
  • No attempts to gain unauthorised access to any account or system.
  • No automated scraping, load testing or interference with other users.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account where these terms are breached, where required by law, or where necessary to protect users. You may close your account once no funds remain committed to an active plan.

8. No advice; no guarantees

ChainVest does not provide investment, tax or legal advice, and nothing on the platform is a recommendation to invest. ChainVest does not claim to be licensed, regulated or insured by any government authority.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChainVest is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for investment losses arising from market performance.

10. Contact

Questions about these terms should be raised through a support ticket from the Contact page.
